Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing support across various administrative functions.

Job Details:

Work Onsite - Bridgetowne, Pasig, or Eastwood, QCMonday to Friday

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Reception:

Manage, and organize the front deskAnswer and direct all phone callsGreet all office guests and clients.

Administrative:

Assist Administration Lead and Director on client visits, travel and logistics requirements.Manage Office Supplies Inventory and Utilization.Creation of Monthly Office Supplies Utilization Report.Creation of Request for Payment for Third-Party Vendors and Services:Creation of PRF for Facilities and Administration Supplies and Services.Facilities and Administration Supplier/Vendor Delivery and Services Coordination.Assist in the following tasksGate pass RequestsAccess Card Requisition and DeactivationAccess Card Reports and ModificationLocker and Pedestal IssuanceCCTV ReviewSupervise Site Upkeep and the Housekeeping.Perform other Facilities and Administration related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Pleasing personalityGood English communications1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required.Preferably with BPO experience or have handled ex-pats and clients in a previous role.Candidates from Hotel, F&B, and tourism backgrounds may also apply.
