WHAT IS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER (LEAD SPECIALIST)?
Our awesome client, a leading Australian finance company, is looking for a APPOINTMENT SETTER (LEAD SPECIALIST) to be part of their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads with potential clients for the client's sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanthe client's, strong English-speaking skills and a strong ability to engage with individuals over the phone. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to DCS's growth by securing valuable appointments and driving business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using the client's auto dialler software to potential clients who have submitted their contact details with us but we have not been able to contact.When you have the potential client on the phone, you will utilise DCS Group's in-house sales software, to go through some key questions to see if DCS Group could assist the person. If we can assist the potential client, you would warm transfer that call to the client's consulting team. If no one was available, you would forward the client contact details to the consulting team.Utilise auto dialler software, phone, email and other communication channels to communicate with the client's potential clients.Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in DCS's database.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets.Continuously improve ythe client's knowledge of company products/services to more effectively address prospect inquiries.Provide feedback to management regarding possible systems improvements and possible trainingRequirements:
Proven experience in a similar role - preferably in a B2C sales environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills with an abundance of empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly.Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
