Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.Process employee reimbursement requests, liquidations, and payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.Reconcile accounts payable balances, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.Assist in ensuring the timely settlement of the company’s financial obligations, including taxes, vendor payments, and other liabilities.Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable, providing insights and analysis to the finance team.Reconcile accounts receivable balances regularly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, highlighting any issues with collections or overdue accounts.Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries related to accounts receivable.Oversee the stock of office supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure timely delivery to avoid disruptions in office operations.Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as required by the department.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numerical data.Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Willingness to start as soon as possible.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
