Strategic Support

Fundamental understanding of the business context, ability to solve simple operational issues, basic understanding of how to align individual goals with broader company goals, and ability to use simple data tools and techniques to analyze data. 

Develops and supervises execution of the branch's annual business plan. Monitoring and supervising branch performance across key result areas (KRAs). Collecting and analyzing business performance data and preparing reports, recommendations and action plans for business reviews and presentations.

Identification and execution of sales initiatives Oversee the team to ensure all customers are greeted promptly and courteously, conversations are initiated to understand needs, and accurate information on promotions and products is provided. Supervise the collection of customer contact information for follow-up, promote loyalty program sign-ups, and ensure the team identifies and pursues potential sales opportunities.Recommendation of a product model mix aligned with area strategy Conduct trade area analysis to make an informed sales strategy Leads Management Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and courteously, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Track all leads and prospects in the sales pipeline, ensuring they are categorized based on their stage in the buying process. Implement and supervise strategies to move leads through the sales pipeline efficiently, from initial contact to final purchase. Oversee the accurate recording of all inquiries in the designated journal for tracking and follow-up purposes.Identify common barriers or objections preventing leads from progressing in the sales process and develop strategies to address them. 

B.) IBP Program Planning and Execution 

IBP and APC recruitment, overseeing portal encoding and monitoring, converting applications into sales, and managing IBP registration through the millionaire program Conducting Field Sales Activities, attending UA meetings, and performing IBP visits for follow-upsServing as the branch representative for DTI permit applications for promotions, managing marketing collateral requests, and handling sales activities inquiries Endorse IBP applications to the credit investigation team.

 

Fund Management Supervision

Have a deeper understanding of fund management and be capable of handling more complex tasks such as budget tracking, managing petty cash, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Conducting branch checking to ensure compliance with cost-control standards. Implementing cost control initiatives within acceptable parameters set by the business unit Review and supervision cash collections (SKYGO collection) before and after bank transactions, monitoring revolving and petty cash funds, and approving petty cash requisitions and signing checks for fund issuance

 

Inventory Management

Monitors and maintains accurate records of motorcycle inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations to ensure the availability of specific motorcycle models, tools, and parts

Ensures availability of required MC Models, Spare parts, and tools Conducts accurate monthly inventory of spare parts, freebies, motorcycle units and fixed assets. Conducts also accurate weekly spare parts cycle counts Facilitate ordering of motorcycle units and ensure replenishment is at optimal level Ensures accuracy in recording and tracking inventory data, addressing discrepancies promptly Supervising the receiving of deliveries (MC units, spare parts, etc.) and overseeing the daily transactions of MC unit sales, spare parts sales, and addressing other queries

 

Quality Management

Conducts inspection to ensure that products processes and services meet predefined quality standards

Conducting branch audits to ensure compliance with customer service standards. Leading and guiding the branch team in implementing customer service/experience standards. Handling customer complaint resolutions and escalating to the AM in a timely manner Supervise the maintenance of store cleanliness including store condition Providing feedback from customers regarding motorcycle performance to Technical Service Department and Marketing

 

Documentation and Records Supervision

Facilitate the processing of documentation and records. Conduct data verification organize records, and participate in the development of improved processing methods.

Monitors records and filings of contracts, and business-related documents such business permits, administrative files, BIR-related documents and LTO-related documents such as PNP Clearance, that must be kept by the branch Timely processing of business permits and compliance documentsIn charge of sending reports to superiors and management Responsible for approving Mechanic and Parts In charge Daily Time Records (DTRs) and Official Business (OB), and requesting various requests for the Retail Business Unit (RBU), including Fixed asset, SSMI, CA, and BRFChecking the accuracy of ERP transactions to avoid errors Checking the reports of Parts In charge and Mechanic Checking the reports of the Cashier (RBU reports) before sending to Head Office

 

Knowledge and Skills Transfer

Assisting with simple tasks instruction and explaining basic processes

Ensure the transfer of knowledge and readiness of the team in performing their tasks related to established processes Conduct regular training sessions to his or her team on product features, benefits, and functionalities Checks HRIS and e-mail for notifications, employee notices, and department orders and ensures timely and proper cascade and communication among branch personnel

 

Effective Collaboration

Cascades instructions, coordinating activities, and support smooth workplace communication

A.) Complaints Handling

Handle customer inquiries and replies professionally and efficiently.Handle customer complaints and seek assistance and guidance from Area Manager.

 

Safety Protocol and Regulatory Standards Compliance Supervision

Assist with routine safety inspections, access control, and basic security monitoring

Implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fire, natural disasters, or security incidentsEnsures attendance of one branch safety officer and one first aider to OSH and safety related trainingsEnsure that safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits, is well-maintained and accessible Ensure all security facilities such as sensors, alarms and CCTV are in good condition all the time

 

Qualification Standards

Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field

Experience 

Profession: At least 2 years of any work experience, being in the selling or retail industry is an advantage Leadership: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on sales and team leadership

Training - at least with on the job training relevant to the position
