About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor (Outbound) at Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and timely distribution of products from our warehouse facility in Opao, Mandaue City. This is a full-time position that will see you managing a team of warehouse associates to ensure the smooth operation of our outbound logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure order fulfilment and product dispatch targets are metManage the workflow and utilisation of warehouse resources, including personnel, equipment and storage space.Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to company policies, safety standards and relevant regulationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and cost-effectivenessProvide training and development to warehouse associates to upskill the team and promote continuous improvementCollaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with business needs

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the retail or distribution industryStrong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a teamProficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis toolsKnowledge of inventory management principles and experience in optimising warehouse operationsAbility to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisionsA safety-first mindset and commitment to upholding health and safety standards
