  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Mall and Offsite teams to understand their requirements and provide proactive analytical support.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics roleProficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is desirable.
