Qualifications & experience

• At least 1 - 5 years of relevant IT Support experience coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.• Technical and troubleshooting knowledge on IT devices such as Desktop and Laptop Systems, Zero/Thin Clients, IP Phones, Mobile Phones and other similar devices. • Analytical and problem-solving skills.• Has an excellent time management and communication skill. • Ability to manage multiple problems at once and prioritise issues. • Customer service focus. • Knowledge of the organisation's IT Standards. • Windows Desktop Operating System (Win10 & Win11). • Understanding of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Intune concepts.• Understanding of VMware Concepts, VDI, Workspace One. • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong troubleshooting skills including researching problems• Strong documentation skills for Incident Handling, System discovery/implementation and configuration changes • Good Time Management and Conflict Resolution Skills• Apply skills learned from training technical courses and ability to perform echo training case to case basis • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing onsite support and remote technical support to end users regarding all local and remote IT infrastructure and relevant software issues. • Following agreed procedures to ensure that appropriate incident, change and problem management is followed. • Inventory management• Service and Incident request coordination for both L2 and L1 queue will be required for this role. Ensuring all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to Service Level Agreements, business processes and procedures.• Maintaining a good understanding of the local business and production requirements. • Maintain the integrity of regular backup and recovery procedures. • Providing the business with a professional service by ensuring requests are regularly updated and realistic resolution times are provided.• Act as the onsite resource for remote teams working on incidents, changes, or project implementations. • Ensuring technical queries not progressing are escalated appropriately. • Perform Data Centre activities such as racking of servers and monitoring.• Participating in ongoing team and technology training. • Ensure Business Management System policies and procedures are adhered to. • Ensure Work Health, Safety policies Security policies and procedures are adhered to. • Process scheduled production jobs through the IT computer systems• Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions Pty Limited (FUJIFILM DMS) sub-contractors, visitors, clients or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties.• Ensure all FUJIFILM DMS policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered to • Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.• Ensure Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. • Ensure that you, and employees within your area of responsibility, take care at all times to work in a safe manner and report workplace hazards.
