Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to resolve design and construction issues promptly.

Civil Engineering Duties:

Oversee civil engineering works such as excavation, foundation work, structural frameworks, and site preparation.Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards and regulations.Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of civil engineering work.

Mechanical Engineering Duties:

Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and machinery.Ensure that mechanical systems are installed and operate according to design specifications and industry standards.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that arise on-site.

Quality Assurance:

Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.Prepare and submit detailed reports on site progress, quality issues, and any deviations from project plans.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain effective communication with team members to address any project-related issues promptly.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and compliance records.Ensure all changes to project scope and specifications are accurately documented and communicated.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in site engineering with a focus on civil or mechanical projects.Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil or mechanical engineering principles and practices.Proficiency in engineering software and tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
