The Sales Representative will strive to meet the needs of important accounts on multiple levels, orchestrating resources throughout the organization to serve these customers with value-added solutions.

  • Understand the customer’s business, including strategy, size, products, key decision-makers, organization, new initiatives, pain points, etc.
  • Develop mid to long-term Account Plans by leveraging appropriate resources, including the Marketing team and others, to grow sales in various business segments of the customer.
  • Take ownership and accountability for implementing Account Plans. Leverage the internal system for information related to call planning, customer identification and contacts management, account strategy and planning, and follow-up on customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain customer intelligence, proactively keeping abreast of customer’s organization updates and changes.
  • Send Sales Quotation to customers via email.
  • Forward the Purchase Order to the Purchasing Team.
  • Update the CIP Progress Report and report the results in the management meeting.
  • Meet or exceed sales growth, gross margin, pipeline, and other business goals. Manage sales forecast.
