Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs standard reports and statistics reporting to the line of business involving relevant performance metrics and ensures compliance on the meaningful use and application of these reports.
  • Assists fellow Workforce Department members as well as leaders in improving and creating reports/templates for tracking, data analysis, and performance metrics; streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Collaborates directly with operational counterparts and partners (Directors, VPs, and Clients) in benchmarking, processes and data mapping, subject-matter sharing, and provides backup support through relevant reports and findings.
  • Writes, edits, indexes, or revises a variety of technical, user documentation such as articles, reports, tables and other documentations related to the specified Line of Business.
  • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple source, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plan.
  • Create repeatable process with high volumes of data with minimal to zero errors in execution
  • Able to identify calculation errors quickly and ensure 100% accuracy in delivery to stakeholders.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably Bachelor’s/ College Degree holder, preferably Business or IT, or related field in the BPO industry.
    • With at least 3-year experience in data gathering and reports creation. This position is responsible for the collation, gathering, and analysis of data to be utilized by leadership for arriving at business operational decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Word
    • Exceptional skills in Excel including formulas such as V or H look up, Count, Concatenate, Len, “if” and “if then” Pivot tables, slicers, macros, VBA, formulas, power query, etc.)
    • Experience in consuming and reporting on large volumes of data
    • Must have demonstrated experience in creating dashboards for operational execution
    • Experience in taking high volume complex data sets and building data visualization for quick pattern recognition or root cause analysis. This includes conditional formatting, charts, and/or graphs, and other visual data techniques.
    • Has a solid foundation of contact center metrics and measurements
    • Experience in designing reporting for executive level audiences
    • Experience in bringing complex data sets
    • Able to help to drive a team of analysis to work as one team to drive efficient process creation
