YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You perform implementation and administration of holding, financing, real estate or Private Equity/Debt companies
  • You handle the day-to-day operations of companies at the client’s premises
  • You keep company books and prepare periodic reports
  • You maintain contact with auditors when applicable
  • You are a key member of the client’s reporting pool
  • You take part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
  • You maintain the relationship with the clients

 

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent and accounting/tax compliance of corporate entities (SPV’s)
  • Experience with Consolidation, IFRS reporting and use of eFront software is an asset.
  • Experience using eFront or other fund administration IT systems. 
  • Accounting and Legal background is a must.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You can act on your own initiative, lead a team of fund administration professionals, and be able to give them training either on the job or in a classroom setting.
