To ensure our services is on time and excellent for the customers, the Assistant Admin Staff job is to provide Life Cycle Management; monitors system utilization and performance, and conducting calibration and tuning to ensure the system is stable and operating at desired efficiency.

 

To ensure all items are correctly packed, sealed, and loaded as efficiently as possible the Assistant Admin Staff must work as Parcel Handler as well and needs to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Must also use scanners and be able to accurately read labels to ensure all parcels are properly processed and tracked.

 

Responsibilities:

- Duties may also include, but are not limited to providing customer service, reconciling hand-receipts, cataloging property, main-training property book records and managing inventory.

- Work efficiently in using the system.

- Recording and documenting the customers details.

- Attend/conduct briefings, meetings, and workshops pertaining to product management and inventory management.

- Scanning the parcel as being received and departed from the branch.

- Work with team to assemble, seal, and load packages into correct trucks.

- Read and comprehend labels to ensure proper processing.

- Always follow safety rules.

 

Qualifications:

- College graduate with a 4 years degree course of Logistics, Engineer(No License Required), HRM or IT )

- Should have zero or one working experience

- Computer Literate

- Able to lift heavy objects

- Willing to perform repetitive tasks

- Communicate with the customers and co-workers

- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
