Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.Provide medication reminders and assist with minor medical treatments.Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.Plan, prepare, and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.Manage household needs, including light housekeeping and ensuring a clean and safe environment.Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.Take and record patient vital signs and weight, if necessary.Observe and record clients' conditions, food and liquid intake, and other behaviors, reporting changes to supervisors.Help clients with mobility aids such as canes, walkers, or other devices.Lift, transport, and move clients using appropriate techniques.Treat all clients, family members, and visitors with respect and engage with them tactfully.Comply with all safety and health regulations.

 

Qualifications:

College-level education or completion of a relevant 4-year course.Preferably at least one year of caregiving experience; fresh graduates may apply.Valid Caregiver NC II certificate or equivalent.Medication administration and minor medical treatment skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient demeanor.Basic household management and meal preparation skills.Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers.Ability to pass required medical examinations.Clear criminal background report

 Personal Qualities:

Friendly, polite, and approachable.Honest, flexible, and calm under pressure.Considerate and respectful.Good physical health and stamina.

 

Working Conditions:

Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.Work primarily performed in clients' homes, care facilities, or other settings.Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, assisting clients with mobility issues, and performing household tasks.Ability to handle various household and caregiving equipment
