Assists the SQEI Office Manager in the control and maintenance activities of the CPh IMS (Integrated Management System) certification particularly in ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.Acts as the Lead Auditor/Auditor during IMS (Integrated Management System) internal audit and/or project specific internal quality audit.Prepares the audit reports and audit checklists and submit to IMS Management Representative.Prepares jointly with other SQEI Office members the summary reports of the internal audits which are to be used as inputs to the IMS Management Review Meeting.Develop/revise Quality Documents.Prepare/update QMS Training materials/videos.Coordinates with respective departments for the validation and analysis of complaints received from the Customer and corresponding issuance of Nonconformity Report (NCR) and/or Corrective Action Request (CAR) for valid customer complaints.Conducts monitoring/coordination of the Customer Survey issuance and corresponding Survey Improvement Request (if any) for the various projects of the CPh Project Operation divisions.Acts as Secretariat in CPh SQEI Committee.Executes other related works as assigned by the SQEI Office Manager.

 

 

Qualifications: 

Graduate of any BS Degree in Engineering coursesAttended a training course on the ISO 9001 requirementsCompleted an internationally recognized Internal Auditor Course or External Auditor/Lead Auditor Course as applied to a management system based on an international standardAtleast Three (3) Years of relevant years of experience in Quality management System (ISO 9001) development and assessment in engineering design environment or equivalent activities as an Internal Quality Auditor.Preferably licensed engineer with experience in engineering design companies trained as an Internal Quality Auditor and with working applications also in ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Knowledgeable on the application of Environmental Management System and Occupational Health Safety Management System including internal auditing practices.Working knowledge of the ISO 9001 requirements as applied in the field of engineering design or construction and other Management Systems in which CPh are certifiedKnowledgeable on the application of quality system principles in engineering design projects as per ISO 9001 requirementsCan conduct an effective Internal Integrated Management System audit and/or specific project internal quality audit.Can contribute to improving the Quality Management System and ability to conduct awareness orientation.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledgeable in safety requirements which have impact to quality.Can conduct presentations to related work groups explaining the standards of ISO 9001Can write and present clear, precise audit reportsCan apply high standards to own work and ensure work is submitted in a complete manner within required timeline
