Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards for all construction procedures and oversee testing methods to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards for all materials and processes.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure quality materials are sourced and maintained.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of testing and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits and monitor processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Manage work methods and maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering with experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed-term contract with a competitive salary.
  • 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday.
  • 13th month salary and overtime pay.
