Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Assist customers with product or service issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.Problem Resolution:
Address customer complaints and find effective solutions.Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.Order Processing:
Assist customers in placing orders and track order statuses.Manage billing inquiries and process payments.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Update customer information in the company database.Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.Participate in surveys and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Skills:
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to think critically and provide solutions quickly.Patience and empathy to handle difficult or irate customers.Technical Proficiency:
