Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Assist customers with product or service issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Problem Resolution:

Address customer complaints and find effective solutions.Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.

Order Processing:

Assist customers in placing orders and track order statuses.Manage billing inquiries and process payments.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Update customer information in the company database.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.Participate in surveys and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to think critically and provide solutions quickly.Patience and empathy to handle difficult or irate customers.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer records.Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Teamwork:

Ability to work well in a team environment.Collaborative approach to problem-solving and sharing information.

Willing to work shifting schedule and public holidays.
Willing to work full time on-site in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
Can start ASAP.
