Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains fixed asset schedulesIn-charge of payables for Med-Metrix International PH-II, Inc.Prepares working papers for monthly, quarterly and annual tax returnsParticipates in month-end closing activitiesAssists in payroll review and final pay computationAssists in year-end external auditParticipates in ad-hoc projects, as requiredPerforms other tasks as may be assigned by the Corporate TreasurerUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Qualifications

Must be a B.S. Accountancy graduate, CPA not a requirement but an advantage.Must have at least 5 years work experience as General Accountant i.e. not limited to one area of accounting.Must have a wide knowledge in Philippine taxation and compliances for private corporations and preferably for PEZA registered companiesWith strong background in PH tax, payroll, operations and financial auditMust be knowledgeable in NetSuite or OracleA team player, with good work attitude; honest and has sense of confidentiality, observes timely completion of tasksKeen to details and very efficientHas a strong organization and time management skillsMust be amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
