JOB SUMMARY
The Programme Manager coordinates and oversees the entire process of designing and implementing built environments. His/her role involves planning, organising resources, managing timelines and ensuring effective communication between diverse stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, builders, and clients to seamlessly execute creative visions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the various facets of a project to ensure its successful execution.Serves as the linchpin in overseeing the intricate interplay between, design, architecture and construction elements.Navigating complexities from conceptualization phase to project completion.Creating project budget plan as reference for contract proposal.Managing resources and maintaining strict timelines.Act as a conduit between diverse stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, builders and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Conducts site inspection, quality checking and prepares progress reportKEY COMPETENCIES
Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, and/or another related courseMust be a Licensed Engineer/ArchitectMinimum of 5 years of project planning and management experience in construction industryWith understanding of Quality Management System that meets international standardsWith detailed knowledge of construction processes, materials, and contract law, ensuring that projects are executed by the builder efficiently, economically and legally compliantWith strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.With excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Experience creating detailed reports and client presentations.
