JOB SUMMARY

 

The Multimedia Artist will be engaged in the conceptualization and creation of graphics, illustration, and video content for all types of media. He/she will offer his/her expertise when it comes to print and online design as required by the company. The position entails developing high volumes of creative content for marketing collaterals, large format and digital media, among others. The Multimedia Designer will collaborate with other members of the department to ensure that creative content will be aligned with the specific objectives of the marketing initiative.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Conceptualizes, suggests and implements unique designs consistent with the branding of the company and each project;Generates various graphic and video content within a set timeline to support and meet a specific marketing objective;Comes up with creative design concepts that will present the company’s marketing strategy effectively;Follows departmental tasking, documentation, archiving, and reporting procedures;Updates design concepts and approach based on feedback and reports from revenue-generating departments;Researches, documents, implements and maintains best practices in design;Develops design processes that will help improve workflow and increase efficient within the collaborating teams;Coordinates with project handlers to make sure that all tasks are up to dates, and that all output are of high quality and delivered on time; andPerforms other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Multimedia Arts and Graphic Design, or related filed;With at least four (4) years working experience in commercial and/or residential real estate or a creative agency;Solid knowledge of various graphic and web software, including but not limited to, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffetcs, WordPress or other media editing software;Proven experience delivering effective and innovative creative designs;Knowledge and skills in graphic and multimedia design and layout;A strong visual and creative sense;Responsible and has the ability to meet deadlines;Capacity to handle more than one project simultaneouslyAbility to pay attention to details and be well-organized;Able to handle criticism and provides value-adding inputs when necessary;Knowledge in photography and videography is preferred;Willing to work in Makati City, and Quezon City on occasions for event set-ups and coverages; andCan start immediately.
