JOB SUMMARY:

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for producing topnotch quality content for the company and its brands. The Multimedia Artist (MMA) is required to conduct photo and video shoots, edits, and graphic design, with outputs including still photos, videos, reels, etc. The MMA must adhere to the branding guidelines of the company and all its brands.

Aid the Creatives manager in the ideation and implementation of concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects of the company and its brands until completion.

Participate and/or initiate brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

Collaborate, Communicate, Cooperate.

We are one part of one whole unit. We need each other. So together with the Sales and Marketing Team (and other departments) let us obtain knowledge relevant to the creative projects, through regular cadence.

Let’s do our best

Creates main key visuals (with focus on photos + videos), as directed by the Creatives team in collaboration with the Marketing team for projects and campaigns - digital and media platforms, and in-person activities.

You can do it

Creates graphic design collateral materials, merchandise items, and other marketing support tools that will add value to the company’s brands.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

How you do your duties helps us a lot

Works hand-in-hand with the Creatives manager and Brand managers.Create and edit photo and video outputs for the company and its brands.Execute the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.Contribute in the creative design process for social media content and posting grid.Thoroughly understand the design brief to incorporate the needs of the brand managers.Upon project execution, able to present drafts, accept feedback, and amend artworks based on project lead feedback until full approval is merited. Work with a wide range of media and design software and technologies possible that are up-to-date.Work with 3rd party agencies and suppliers related to project execution.Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, videos, and layouts.Shoot photos and/or videos during events, campaigns and social media content
 

Requirements and Skills:

Highly proficient in all design aspects.Proven graphic design and video editing; with photo and video shoot experience is required.Candidates must have a passion for creativity and have versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.Demonstrable multimedia design skills with a strong portfolioAbility to interact, communicate and present ideas to the team and management.Able to meet output deadlines; and flexible to accommodate rush projects.Team player.
