Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the manufacturing of automation technology. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least (5-10) years experience in managing channel / sales and system integrator development is needed for the position of Country Sales Manager. The job is based in Manila City, Philippines (remote work)

Job Summary:

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible in developing and executing strategy. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
* Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
* Analysed market trends and accordingly developed sales plans to increase brand awareness.
* Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
* Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
* Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
* Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
* Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
* Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
* Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
* Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
* Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
* Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
* Country Sales Manager manages a team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through re-sellers/channels.
* Identifies and approaches key or strategies partners and set short and long terms channel strategies. Being a channel sales manager recommends products and services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

* Bachelor's degree graduate in the Engineering Field - Control Automation, Electrical or Electronic, Mechanical.
* Working as a system integrator environment for a minimum of 5 years.
* Minimum 5 years experience in the engineering and service of the DCS, SIS, PLC and Scada and Field Devices.
* Minimum 5 years experience in the Channel Sales and System Integrator development.
* Knowledge in vertical industries such as oil and gas, sugar, and palm industries, mine and minerals, power and utilities and etc.
* Good spoken and written in Business level English.
* Good understanding of channel motivations, financial, and operations
* Intuitive sense of channel partners, challenges, and opportunities
* Good knowledge of business drivers in any channel partner's business
* Creative and find imaginative solutions to issues and obstacles
* Adapt to changing business environment and manage adversity and stress in a professional manner
* CAN START ASAP and willing to work remotely in Metro Manila.
