  1. OPERATION SUPERVISOR (30K TO 40k)

    DUTIES:

    On schedule handling of export shipments, permit, declaration, and transport documentation worldwide

    Complete handling of B/L preparation and docs issuing

    Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide

    Handling of complete export documentation process

    Prepare Profit and Loss of Job files for month-end-closing

    Maintaining good customer relationship incl problem solving

    Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines

    Attend to emails correspondence with customers and overseas agents

    Prepare billing invoice to customers and verify invoices from vendor

    Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior

     

    Experience and Skills:

    Min of 5 years experience

    Prefer experience in logistics/Freight Forwarding

    Knowledge of AMS/Emanifest/AFR filling, Export declaration

    Experience in cross-boarder logistics if os added advantage

    Good knowledge in MS Office suite

    Strong command in English

    Team pleayer with proactive work attitude

     

    2. DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (20K to 30K)

    DUTIES:

    Handle Import/Export shipment

    Carrier booking

    Truck/hauler booking

    Custom declaration

    Custom booking and arrangement

    Invoicing

    Follow up with inquiries

    DG declaration

    Data entry/documentation

     

    College graduate of any 4-year course

    Proficient in English

    Knowledge in MS Outlook, excel and word. Etc

    Must be available to start anytime

    With experience 2 to 3 years
