Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant - Healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing appointments, handling email communications, and ensuring that employees are well-versed in CRM, Microsoft, and Google training tools. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Template Management: Merge templates accurately and efficiently to ensure consistency and quality across documents.
Data Entry: Listen to audio files and input data accurately into the appropriate systems or documents.
Document Formatting: Format templates to meet company standards and ensure they are ready for distribution or use.
Email Management: Respond to emails professionally, arrange appointments, and ensure timely communication with clients and team members.
File Management: Upload files into Google Drive, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for team members.
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments in Google Calendar, coordinating with clients and internal teams to avoid conflicts.
Critical Thinking & Organization: Apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field is good to have. No Experience is welcome to apply.
Skills:
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong English writing and email response skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements: Could work during PST. Available to work onsite
