The wellness office will spearhead our employee wellness initiatives, providing essential healthcare services, first aid, and medical advice to keep our workforce healthy and thriving. He or she will play a key role in creating a positive workplace by managing health records, conducting wellness programs, and overseeing the company’s mental health initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to merge clinical expertise with proactive health and wellness strategies, ensuring our employees are supported both physically and mentally.

Working Arrangement: Onsite in Clark Office

Schedule: Initially 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (eventually, shifting hours may be required as operationally needed.)

Key Qualifications

Registered Nurse with valid licensure.Previous experience in occupational health or workplace wellness is a plus.Strong communication, project management, and adaptability skills.Familiarity with HMO management and mental health programs is an advantage.

The core tasks for this role are:
 

Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees during work hours.Assess employee health concerns, triage appropriately, and coordinate referrals to external providers when necessary.Plan and execute health and wellness programs that educate and engage employees on key health topics.Manage the company’s HMO database and assist with annual HMO contract negotiations.Lead the planning and execution of the Annual Physical Exam for the organization.Oversee the company's Mental Health Program and work with stakeholders to continuously improve it.Maintain employee medical records, including pre-employment health screenings.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) Training. Willing to consider candidates without BOSH certification if they commit to completing it immediately or shortly after hiring.CPR and First Aid Certification Willing to consider candidates without current certification if they commit to obtaining it immediately or shortly after hiring.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as general healthcare practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, maintaining confidentiality in medical documentation and record-keeping.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in basic computer operationsIntermediate-level skills in Excel and Outlook with strong competency in managing tasks and data using these tools.

Organizational Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.High level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.Ability to handle professional communications effectively.


Nice-to-have:

Proven experience working as a nurse in a corporate, occupational health, or similar setting is preferred.Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is an advantage.Familiarity with systems like MS Dynamics or Payplus is an added advantage.
