    Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for clients regarding their concerns.
Receive calls/emails/chats from clients, providing initial troubleshooting of the concerns to be coordinated with the onshore technical team.Log all tickets in the job logging system, tracking and reporting on those assigned to you and following each ticket through to its resolutionEnsure work tickets are resolved within strict deadlines.Communicate Service Status & Report to all StakeholdersCoordinate Service Requests to the onshore team and ensure smooth deployment of technicians (Coordinating Field Operations IT).

Requirements:

Training and ongoing development will be provided, so technical knowledge isn't essential, but is preferred. A keen interest in IT and Audio Visual is advantageous.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in the following:

4 years experience in a similar positionSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Exposure to Administrative & Management ResponsibilitiesMust be knowledgeable in troubleshooting Technical Issues (Triaging issues)In-depth technical knowledge is an advantage
