This position mainly supports the daily Accounts Payable processing, payment and reconciliation with the vendor, handling inquiries for both OOCLL and OPI and other tasks that may be assigned.

 

Responsibilities:

a. Process vendors invoices and employee reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.

Verify and validate all payment requests and supporting documents, including purchase orders if any, invoices, billings and etc.Adhere with approval hierarchy. Process transactions cautiously and accurately managing correct GL account, period, cost center and descriptions. Anticipate, plan, prioritize, and process timely processing of payments for recurring B&A expenses, employee reimbursements, employee compensations and benefits.Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.Communicate effectively with vendors, banks, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns and inquiries.

b. Coordinate and resolve with HQ any exceptions noted by both parties.  

c. Execute monthly cash budget funding request. 

d. Perform monthly bank reconciliation. 

e. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

f. Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end books closing. 

g. Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules. 

h. Assist in corporate reporting.

i. Assist in external auditor requirements. 

j. Assist with including but not limited to reconciliation or documents needed for tax audit 

k. Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Accounting or other Finance-related studies degree

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role

• An experience in using SAP is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

• Preferably with wide knowledge of accounting principles

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
