The E-Commerce Content Analyst is responsible for uploading merchandise and digital e-commerce data and pictures to all e-commerce platforms and channels.  This position also has the responsibility of maintaining, updating, and deactivation of all digital merchandise and content and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of data at all times.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and upload the necessary data in a complete, accurate, and organized manner to e-commerce channels including 3rd party channels.Quality check uploaded or maintained data constantly for correctness and accuracy based on intent and purposeIncluding in the regular quality check the output of automated syncing of data Generate and update reports as required by the process or immediate superiorMaintain backups or copies of uploaded data to secure from any kind of loss or if recovery is neededDemonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processesEnsure confidentiality and safe keep of all the data encoded in the systemPerform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor

 

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Engineering or related discipline.Experience in administrative workData entry and graphics experienceOrganized, able to multi-task and coordinate prioritiesMust have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.Strong computer skills especially MS Excel and the ability to troubleshoot independently and adapt to new technologyKnowledgeable in using PIVOT and VLOOKUPFull onsite work set up.Fulltime position(s) available.URGENT HIRING.
