Technical Officer

Job Description:
1. Maintains for the sound channeling and technical data and information needed in the project
2. Gathers data and reviews architectural, structural and MEPF plan, to ensure immediate action for discrepancies in the drawings; and identify possible change orders, especially additional works.
3. Prepares report on the status of pending queries and submittals to expedite response and approvals.
4. Coordinates with Engineering Staff, Project Managements and Consultants
5. Prepares and update in Architectural, Structural and MEPF designs, plans and details to the Site Engineers and Architects to have an assurance in the quality of work.
6. Supervises Autocad Operators in preparation of drawings and for submittals.
7. Organizes and updates Cad files
8. Approves and updates drawing for construction to the production team accordingly to schedules
 

Qualifications:
1. Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Architect
2. Minimum of 2 yrs experience
3. Strong business acumen in project planning and management
