2. Responsible in the facilitation of different company related activities to ensure employees’ active engagement and participation that will enhance /   promotes better employee-employer relationship.

a.           Facilitate the monthly Birthday Salo-salo activities.

b.           Facilitate the Friday Mass.

       3. Responsible in facilitation of BOD minutes of the meeting and secretary’s certificates.

a.           Coordinate with Atty. and ensure to accomplish the signatories.

b.           Update the summary of documents with scan from time to time.

c.           Proper filing of the records.
