Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Administration, Engineering (Industrial), Logistics/Transportation or equivalent;At least 5 years of working experience in warehousing, logistics operations and administration or same in this field like FMCG and E-commerce industry with an area of more than 7,000 square meters;Knowledgeable of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse.Excellent oral and written communication skills, numeracy and in depth understanding of finance, aggressive, with wide network capacity and smart.People management and skills, including the ability to lead, collaborate in all level of staff and motivate others. Delegate work and explain ideas, planning and organizing. Proactive and good at problem- solving, has initiative and positive mindset.

Job Duties:

Administrative

Ensure all company policies are adhered to by the teamEnsure that the company’s vision and mission is well comprehended by the teamDevelops policies necessary to ensure Operational SLA’s Account Profitability and the Company’s interest is protected. Inspire team to get the desired resultsEnsure that the site is compliant with all government and legal requirementsEvaluate individual performance of team and coaches themIdentifies training needs of the team.'

Operations

Oversee the overall warehouse operations for the sites assignedEnsure that team can achieve the target Operational SLA’s (internal and external) for the account.Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure the needed resources of the team is providedEnsure that everyone is aware of what they needed to do, why they are doing it and howEnsure that the operation is working at an optimal levelDevelop plans for the operational activities (campaign, inventory count, etc.)Spearhead the team on major operational activitiesOversee the daily operations by ensuring that all personnel are complying with the company’s policies, procedures and vision to meet the service commitment to clientAchieve warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.Conduct performance management by evaluating and discussing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results to operations staff and come up with action plans to improve team performance and meet Clients SLA’sReport timely regarding operation activities such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Productivity, Claim and other operational related reports to superiorsAdhere to all warehousing, government and other legal requirements.Maintain standards of workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, equipment and stock.Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.Manage teams of talents and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.Coordinate with relevant team/department such as Business Development, Implementation, Planning, Finance, HR and IT to support or to be supported towards a goal. Apply company's operational systems such as WMS, TMS and other existing systems into practice.
