EDUCATION: At least 2 years in college/ VocationalSKILLS & ATTITUDE:- Business Correspondence- Office procedures and records management- Knowledge in Metro Manila roads and landmarks- Knowledge in operating office machines (printer, copier, fax etc)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Renders messenger services and ensures that documents and similar items for delivery are received by the recipient in proper order;2. Attends to and maintains records of incoming and outgoing communications in order to monitor and refer to appropriate Departments/Divisions when necessary;3. Attends to the clerical work requirements of the Department/Division such as filing and routing in order to complete daily department/division tasks;4. Assist in liaising work for the department;5. Receives and entertains visitors and phone calls;6. Assist in the requisition and procurement, as well as in stockpiling and distribution of office supplies, materials, and equipment; and7. Performs such functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
