Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You will provide essential administrative support, manage communications, and assist with various tasks to ensure our academy runs seamlessly. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our mission of developing both outstanding athletes and exemplary individuals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service to parents, students, and staff.Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office and Google Workspace applications.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sports or educational environment is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.Candidates within the Taguig City area are encouraged to apply.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
