Assistant Supervisor ASEAN Sales Support

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your customer service skills and build positive relationships with our customers in every interaction. You will be responsible in ensuring the service level and other agreed targets are achieved. The supervisor is also expected to continuously provide support to ASEAN market, coordinate with Asia Pacific-Shanghai and North America distribution to ensure all export shipments to Asia have the needed shipping documents such as bill of lading, commercial invoice, customs invoice, packing list, export declaration, country of origin is available and have been sent to logistics partner and customer. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conduct Regular Coaching and Mentoring and provide summary of associate performance.

• Creation of training plan, succession planning and development plans, also work with manager in identifying key talents for critical roles.

• Ensure business strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets.

• Work closely with sales to gather their respective regions’ order forecast and come up with recommendation and sales forecast to the Asia leaders to ensure that the fiscal sales target is met, if not exceeded.

• Continuously identify process enhancements to ensure efficacy and efficiency of work processes leading or being an active participant of a collaborative project.

You can proficiently converse, creatively propose straightforward solutions, and develop alternative resolutions to customer concerns. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people across different departments at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.

• 5 years of work experience in customer service and order entry leadership position.

• Excellent English comprehension, writing, and communication skills.

• Background in offshore service operations is a plus.
