Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor

A.  Production Planning 

Production planning supervision, scheduling for production, and preparing production schedules for all product lines.Ensure each operation meets delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements.Determine assigned project status, expedite operations that delay schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.Monitor, analyze and report performance to schedule production and production support activities.

B.  Warehouse / Stockroom

Direct and implement efficient stocking to optimize warehouse/stockroom spare, and to facilitate movement of inventories.Review, revise, and implement changes on production planning and warehousing systems, whenever necessary, and upon approval by the superior.Submit Monthly Order Plan for imported spare parts to replenish stocks before or upon reaching the minimum stock level.Update Order Compliance daily using the established P.O Monitoring System and Job-out Monitoring System.Report operational requirements or deviations to immediate superior for proper action to avoid unnecessary delays. Follow up with the Purchaser regarding pending/undelivered materials requisitions.Oversees the implementation of all basic guidelines and procedures in planning and inventory control.Ensures proper housekeeping and observance of preventive maintenance and security in areas of responsibility.To report to the superior any matter that may prejudice the Plant's operation due to the inability of our suppliers to deliver on time. Also, to report any act of pilferage, whether confirmed or suspicious.Prepares Raw Materials Inventory Status, on a weekly basis.Prepare and submit Monthly Order Plans for packaging materials.

C.  Pelletizing

Supervise Pelletizing operations and their schedule.Update Pelletizing Monitoring and submit a monthly report about the output, machine downtime and its analysis, incoming waste materials and its movement.

D.  General Responsibilities

Ensure the meeting sets the key performance index set by the superior.Ensures the safety and security of company assets.Implement cost reduction program and any improvement related to production planning and warehousing.Prepares Sales Summary Report and Raw Materials Inventory Report monthly, in compliance with  Accounting requirements.Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
