Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge and accountable of the warehouse.Obtain and maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse. (cycle counting)Reports Weekly Inventory to DPIM and Operations to plan dispatch and replenishment needed.Reports daily movement and inventory reconciliation from SAP to Manual Monitoring.Preparation and issuance of materials.Reports slow and non moving items in the warehouse for proper disposition.Maintains cleanliness and orderliness for better and faster warehouse operations efficiency.Implementation of Standards in receiving and dispatch (FIFO/FEFO).Transact all materials ( packaging and spare parts) movement in a real-time manner. Maintains the quality of items hold in the warehouse.
