QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in software development. 

• Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. 

• Project management experience is advantageous. 

Technical Skills: 

• In-depth understanding of coding languages such as Java, PHP, C#, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript frameworks. Full-stack development experience with Java infrastructure is preferred. 

• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS. 

• Proficiency in creating technical documents for projects, including diagrams. 

• Experience with serverless technologies. 

• Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) practices. 

• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures. 

• Professional experience analyzing and working with computer hardware and software. 

• Extensive knowledge and experience with various operating systems and databases.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design of system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

 • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

 • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions for improvement. 

• Resolve technical problems as they arise. 

• Build and integrate information systems to meet the company’s needs. 

• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes were needed. 

Other Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the technical team. 

• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

 • Develop long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals. 

• Communicate technical concepts and project status to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

• Represent the technical team in meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. 

• Inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. 

• Assess the business impact of technical choices. 

• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. 

Strategic Responsibilities: 

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

• Provide technical expertise and support during strategic planning and decision-making processes.
