Our Customer Care Representatives - Manila is responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer inquiries across multiple contact channels. You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supported every day by a strong support network of Team Leaders and Trainers.


Being the first point of contact for our customers.Providing general support and building engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction.Actively offer all HelloFresh products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands.Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback.Work towards the Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by the management team.Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments.Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.Run internal projectsMake every effort to support and positively reflect the HelloFresh brand to othersBeing an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems
