What you’ll do
 

Setup and administration/maintenance of all internal JD Edwards systemsBuilding new environments/pathcodesInstallation of new Tools releases from Oracle/JDEInstallation of new ESU’s/ASU’s from Oracle/JDEDatabase administrationEnvironment refreshes (Control Tables and Business Data)Building and deployment of all Update and Full Client/Server Package BuildsSetup and administration of all internal Web Servers for JD Edwards systemsPerformance tuning of applications and web servers using Server Manager to analyze kernel processes and obtain log files for detailed analysisDebugging and problem-solving of all JDE.LOG’s and JDEDEBUG.LOG’sResearch and application of upcoming trends within the Oracle/JD Edwards spaceSupporting internal support and development teams with CNC-related tasks and callsSupporting our international client portfolio with CNC-related issues/troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades of the Pathlock/Qsoftware product suiteLogging and updating all CNC-related support calls in our Support Desk System/s

 

 

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of senior CNC experienceSQL Certified System Administrator/DBACertified Oracle/JD Edwards CNC Consultant/AdministratorKnowledge of both 32bit and 64bit systems and conversion from 32bit to 64bitDatabase management and experience/expertise with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server with regards to EnterpriseOneExpertise in the technical architecture for EnterpriseOne (e.g., Citrix servers, WebLogic servers, WebSphere servers, deployment server, batch/enterprise servers, BSSV servers, mobile apps/AIS servers plus multiple OS's including Windows, Unix/Linux)Extensive knowledge of OCM Mappings, OMW, UTB, & Security implementationExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalDirect approach to troubleshooting and resolutionProven ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situationsAbility to manage your workload independently as well as part of a teamPrior knowledge of Qsoftware/Pathlock’s suite of security software would be beneficialCustomer service experienceFlexibility to work in different time zones to support our client portfolioKnowledge of Identity Management SolutionsAbility to work with global team members and customers from diverse culturesCustomer and team-focused attitudeStrong English and communication skillsWilling to work on a hybrid set-up
