Directly reporting to the Branch Sales Head, he shall be responsible for the management of the various selling channels focusing on their respective project assignments and for the attainment of the individual sales target covering project assigned by the Branch Sales Head.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Organize activities geared toward the expansion of the Sales Channel focusing on your assigned projects.Accreditation of various Sales Channels.Training and activation of new recruits.Assist sellers in the performance of their selling process.Ensure that our sellers are equipped with the correct information such as Price Lists, Terms of Payment, Project details, Availability Charts, and other sales collateral that they may require.Manage the distribution of sales collaterals such as leaflets, flyers, etc.Disseminate Sales Policies and Guidelines pertinent to our Sellers' selling process.Implement creative and strategic initiatives to increase sales productivity.Manage and monitor sales activities organized by the company to ensure successful sales results.Maintain the high morale of Sellers. Monitor and manage their concerns and immediately inform Branch Heads and National Sales Head for actions that need to be taken to address such concerns.Submission of sales reports, recruitment development, calendar of activities, plans, and recommendations in coordination with the respective Branch Sales Heads, as may be required by the National Sales Head and/or management.Awareness of our competitor’s developments, promotions, initiatives, and other reports or updates that may affect the Project’s sales productivity. Discuss with Branch Sales Head and National Sales Head to check how the company can adjust to such threats and what actions we should take to maintain our project’s competitive advantage.Achievement of set Sales targets.Performance of other initiatives as may be required by the Branch Sales Head, National Sales Head, and/or management.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any business-related course

Experience: At least one year of working experience in the related field
