By joining us as a Graphics and Multimedia Lead Specialist, you will be a key member of the Creative Services Team. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by working on a project that will require you to conceptualize, design and produce a wide range of printed and/or digital material (images, video, audio and animation) for high impact communications.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Create new marketing communication materials from customer specification/requirements to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or organization to customers and prospects using the knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design.

  • Create complex and responsive designs/templates for digital assets used in different media platforms i.e. DPS, vectors, 2D/3D animation / motion graphics.

  • Recommend and negotiate solution and development timeline to the stakeholders; get their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable.

  • Review and assess proposals in terms of relevance and application to the requirements of the customers.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree Fine Arts and/or Architecture, IT, Graphics / Creative / Multimedia arts or equivalent

  • 5 years related experience in graphic/multimedia design using computer aided software in creative media agency or equal capacity and creation of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, video, banner ads, etc.)

  • Proficient in design software products (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, et.al.) and 3D software (3DS Max, Unity, Blender or equivalent), other graphics design applications

  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint working knowledge

  • Communication skills (oral & written)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute a work plan
