About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant PRU TASK FORCE to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila on a 4-month contract basis. This role will provide critical support to our operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day business activities.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative and clerical support to the management teamScheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsManaging and maintaining electronic and physical filing systemsHandling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondenceAssisting with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as neededProviding exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for
