RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers and present menu. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction  Take and serve orders and up-sell additional products when appropriate  Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request  Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy. Working closely with all serving and kitchen staff.  Checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest interactions.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
