Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
⢠Manage and lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
⢠Collaborate with project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
⢠Monitor project progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.
⢠Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
⢠Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
⢠Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices.
⢠Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
⢠Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
⢠Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
⢠Proven experience in project and program management
⢠Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
⢠A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
⢠Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
⢠Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
