JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides technical and staff support in the implementation of training programs.Handles training-related functions which include but not limited to training needs assessment (TNA), curriculum development, training evaluation, program implementation, documentation, logistics and coordination.Prepares and endorses training budget for approval.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree graduateAt least 3 years related work experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsKeen to details, result oriented and solution drivenStrong computer and software skills - exposure in Al or licensed software “Digital” requiredExcellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologiesWilling to assign in Makati Office
