Responsible for technical and engineering aspect that is assigned. Prepare schedule, coordinate, and monitor site progress. Inspection of rebar works prior to concrete pouring. Monitor the whole duration of concrete pouring. Evaluation and reconciliation of Additive and deductive variations for maximizing budgets. QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification's (punch listing and close outs). Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Advance plan review. Provides RFI’s and RFA’s to the designer for clarification and proper execution on site related to their trades.Check results of Rebar and Concrete test. Check qualities and specifications of deliveries of items such as cement, rebars and other OSM related to structural and architectural finishes. Attends to repairs for units that are already sold in related with structural and architectural finishes.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a licensed civil engineer.With relevant experience in building construction.Fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply.Willing to work onsite at Silang, Cavite.
