Cavite, Philippines Philippine Bobbin Corporation Full time

1. Review requisition orders to verify accuracy and specifications.

2. Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers.

3. Prepare request for quotation and send to accredited suppliers who are capable on providing the items required.

4. Prepare canvass sheet to compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Coordinate and secure approval from the end users.

5. Negotiate with vendors the price, warranty, payment terms and delivery terms.

6. Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

7. Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

8. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

9. Assist in the resolution of customer concerns and urgent matters.

10. Provide and maintain PR-PO monitoring report.

11. Request accreditation/ re-accreditation requirements from existing and potential suppliers

12. Filing and safekeeping of accreditation/re-accreditation related documents of existing and potential suppliers.

13. Assist in quarterly supplier performance evaluation.


Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Supply Management or Accounting course.

2. At least 2 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing company.

3. Good negotiation skills

4. Good in both verbal and written communication skills

5. Knowledge in Microsoft applications

6. Honest and trustworthy

7. Can work with minimum supervision.

8. Strictly complies with ITG code of conduct, company rules and regulations, and purchasing procedures.
