A Cashier's primary role is to assist customers in the in-restaurant checkout process. Accept daily cash, g-cash, pay maya, and credit card collection from the FB Restaurant, Gym, Pool, Tennis, and other facilities.

  • Handle cash, credit card, pay maya, and g-cash transactions with customers
  • Awareness of prices and collecting payments properly.
  • Ensure pricing is correct
  • Issue changes, receipts, and cards (ATM, Discount Card from customer)
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Keep reports of transactions
  • Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
  • Answer customers' questions and get a manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • Receives the daily Cash Collection Report from the F&B Department and ensures that reported cash, credit card, and check transactions are accurate and complete;
  • Balance cash drawer against receipts, resolves discrepancies and ensures cash collection is intact and tallies with the preliminary daily cashiers’ report. It is a must that NO mingling/joggling of funds is done to maintain the integrity of each fund under custodianship.

     

  • Shall be responsible for the completion of the Daily Cashiers’ Report.
Perform other function(s) that may be assigned from time to time
