- PREPARATION OF COMPLETE WORKING DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATIONS – should be clear, accurate and complete working drawings/detailed drawings for new stores (all templates to be endorsed to awarded contractors.

- ORDERS AND SET DELIVERY FOR ALL OSM, DISPLAY FIXTURES – complete requisition of all OSM fixtures/fitting and equipment and ensures will be delivered on time with the coordination from the assigned contractor per project.

- MONITOR AND REPORT CONSTRUCTION STATUS – rationalize and provide weekly construction update / reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- WITH KNOWLEDGE FOR THE FOLLOWING ARCHITECTURAL TOOLS

A. AUTOCAD

B. 3D RENDERING SOFTWARE ( SKETCH UP, LUMION, VRAY AND THE LIKE)

- KNOWLEGABLE IN DESIGN CRITERIA IMPLEMENATION FOR SUPERMARKETS / RETAIL
