We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Myx Foods Inc. in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling restaurant. What you'll be doingAssist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer serviceCoordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safetyContribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategiesProvide hands-on training and mentoring to restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performanceAnalyse sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar assistant restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detailProficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reportingPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceFlexible and adaptable to handle the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry
