Work set-up: We operate on a full onsite work set-up

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Industry: This role will be supporting Australian client in the engineering, construction and mining industries.

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is key to maintaining system availability, managing access controls, providing technical support, and delivering training to users. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure data governance, security, and optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Support:

Ensure the smooth operation, capacity, and security of divisional systems.Maintain and support Power BI reports, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Suite tools.Provide administrative support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps.Perform system duties for InEight PIMS.

User Support & Training:

Offer technical support and resolve system/data issues.Manage user accounts and permissions across the Microsoft Suite.Deliver end-user training to optimize system usage.

Data Governance:

Ensure the accuracy and security of data within Power BI reports.Implement security policies and manage system access controls.

Documentation & Best Practices:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes, data models, and user guides.Uphold and improve best practices and procedures for system management.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: At least 3+ years in system administration and technical support, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, SharePoint) and SQL Server database management.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and InEight PIMS. Experience in Power BI development is a plus.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues. Works well with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.Effective Communication: Strong ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, with experience in delivering user training.Data Governance: Practical experience enforcing data governance policies and ensuring data accuracy and security.Customer Service-Oriented: Committed to providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships across office and site teams.Team Collaboration: A strong team player who contributes to team goals and actively supports colleagues.Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Open to continuously improving systems and processes. Certifications in Information Systems or related fields are highly valued, with additional certifications in data science being a plus.
